Shipping
ALL our parcels are sent via Royal Mail on a Tracked24 or Tracked48 hour service. You can choose which delivery service is suitable for you at the checkout stage.
Where possible Tracking information will be provided once your item has shipped, if for any reason this is not included within your confirmation email please contact a member of our team, they will provide this to you via email.
Parcels can be tracked using the Royal Mail Track and Trace Service, you will need to provide them the Tracking ID and confirmation of Post Code in order to view the status of your parcel, you may also, subject to any restrictions be able to choose an alternative day of delivery on the Royal Mail service website for your own convenience.
Our aim is to send all parcels the next working day if ordered before 3pm (excluding weekends).
